The
Regular Slotted Carton (RSC) is the most common and economical
box style to manufacture. All flaps of an RSC are the same
length and meet at the center of the box.
Options: Glued or Stapled Joint |
| The
Full Overlap Carton's (FOL) outer flaps overlap which makes
it unusually resistant to rough handling. The FOL box design
enables it to be stacked on its side because of the extra corrugated
board on the top and bottom panels.

The
Half-Slotted Carton (HSC) with cover is a combination shipping
and shelf package. The HSC has great resistance to buckling
when stacked and is handy in applications where the cover will
be removed repeatedly. HSC covers can vary to extend from
a few inches of the box depth down to the full box depth.

The One-piece Folder is designed for small flat items. Its
unique design allows it to have multiple scores and therefore allow
flexibility as to how much they can hold. These boxes may be scored
and folded for up to 3 sizes for one box. The one-piece folder is
very well suited for shipping books, videos, and other small flat
items. |
|
The Five Panel Folder (FPF), when assembled, has multi-layered
corrugated ends that make it an excellent container for the shipment
of long items of small diameter. The FPF design offers extra
support to prevent shipped merchandise from piercing through the
ends. |

|
The Five Panel Folder - Center Fold (FPFCF) is much like
the five panel folder above. With the FPFCF, you set your product
on the box and wrap the box around it. The difference is, with the
FPFCF the flaps come together in the center of the top of the box.
This type of box is best for shipping flat items like framed items
and signs. |
